World Mental Health Day 2017 – ‘Workplace Well-being’

Mental health problems can affect anyone, any day of the year, but today is a great day to show your support for better mental health and start looking after your own well-being.

The theme for World Mental Health Day 2017 is ‘workplace well-being’. So whether you’re an individual looking to boost your own well-being or an employer seeking advice on supporting your staff, there are a range of ways you can get involved.

We would like to take this opportunity to congratulate two of our Mental Health Champions, Natalie Harris and Michelle Easton (pictured) on completing their Level 3 Certificate in Understanding Mental Health Care.
