Equality and diversity  training for students

Setting equality and diversity training standards 

tpm is a pioneer in national equality and diversity training. Its internal course, developed by director, Brian Quinn, was this year nationally accredited by EDI as a level 2 unit award, worth 4 credits against the Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF).


tpm currently runs “train the trainer” workshops for other providers wishing to deliver the above award from EDI.

Equality and diversity at the core of tpm’s business

  • All staff complete tpm’s newly recognised level 2 qualification in equality and diversity, to be refreshed every 3 years
  • All students complete formally certificated equality and diversity training
tpm provides bespoke equality and diversity advice and training services for businesses.
