I first heard about tpm in 2007, when I received a letter of introduction from them. Since then, I have been using them to deliver business administration training to my staff. To date three members of my staff have completed their apprenticeships with tpm.
My staff members develop knowledge and confidence through the training tpm provides. The business benefits from this and in addition I have some pressure taken off me by allowing other professionals to train my staff. I do retain an active involvement, discussing the progress of training with staff and tpm assessors regularly.
tpm staff are always helpful and available to discuss any matter that arises relating to the training. They are organised, professional and easy to deal with.
