I am Martine Ryan I am the salon owner of Shear Success. I first heard about tpm from one of their recruitment consultants. I have used tpm’s training services since 2008, during which time, 2 members of my staff have undertaken their hairdressing apprenticeship and advanced apprenticeship qualifications.
My business really benefits from this type of training as it allows me to succession plan my staff, which helps the efficient running of my business.
The support I have received from tpm staff has been an enormous help, especially from the assessor; their dedication to helping all young learners is invaluable. I am included and involved in all aspects of my staff’s training. This support extends beyond the obvious technical hairdressing teaching and support to the emotional and personal support of each apprentice.
I find tpm extremely helpful the support for me as an employer and for my staff has been excellent. Three words which best describe tpm for me are - Professional, Dedicated and Loyal.
In the 18 years I have been a salon owner and with respect to other training providers, tpm has by far surpassed all my expectations. I can highly recommend tpm to other employers and apprentices and hope to continue our excellent working relationship in the future.
