tpm recognised for Commitment to Training Excellence (CTX)

tpm was formally recognised as Committed to Training Excellence (CTX), following the completion of our review process with a Training Excellence Assessor recently.

CTX is awarded to organisations that have demonstrated their commitment to the five Principles of Training Excellence by identifying, and beginning to act upon, key issues for improvement. Through our CTX recognition we have demonstrated our commitment to the five Principles, using our feedback to provide focus for our ongoing efforts in improving our responsiveness to, and our impact on, our customers.

A full list of recognised organisations is available via the Training Excellence website.

Director Brian Quinn highlights this as adding significant momentum to tpm's whole organisational approach and drive for continual quality improvement: "Achieving CTX recognition is the first step on our Training Excellence improvement journey. It represents our commitment to the excellence in services that the standard symbolises."
