Apprentices celebrated with tpm staff on Tuesday 10th May, as they received their Apprenticeship framework, component or completion certificates.
Hairdressing and Business Administration Apprentices who have achieved part or all of their Apprenticeship framework over the last six months were invited to attend the celebration and recognition event at the company's city centre offices where they were presented with their certificates by programme and support staff.
Congratulations to Lynsey Crane, Laura Savage, Amelia Buckham, Lauren Foy and Jennifer Hayes who attended the event from the 19 recent hairdressing achievers. Similarly, to Christian Harrison, Lynsey Mcnally, Hannah Grugel, Josh Fearon, Sue Chesters, Tom O’Hare, Jade Carney, Stephanie Carter and Janet McNeil who were amongst the 34 recent achievers.
During the celebration, Apprentices wanting to progress to Advanced Apprenticeships and higher external learning awards were provided with appropriate information, advice and guidance to secure places in accordance with their learning needs.
tpm’s Lewis Ellison and James Dunne (pictured here with Hannah Grugel and teacher Sue Duffy), were amongst the achievers; having achieved a level 2 apprenticeship Lewis now progresses onto his advanced qualification and James, has received his key skills certificates in advance of his level 3 framework, which is due for completion next month. Both James and Lewis have done extremely well in securing employment in their respective roles in Health and Safety and Human Resources Administration.
