We undertake formal feedback with our learner and employer clients twice a year. The results are analysed and help shape our business strategy. The feedback enables us to:
- identify our strengths and weaknesses
- keep up with our clients’ changing needs and views
- ensure we are maintaining the highest quality standards
Last year 99% of our business clients agreed that the achievement of their apprentices with tpm’s support was good or outstanding.
Last year 81% of our students said the individual support they received from tpm was outstanding.
