Setting equality and diversity training standards 

tpm is a pioneer in national equality and diversity training. Its internal course, developed by director, Brian Quinn, was nationally accredited on the Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF).

tpm is a champion in the equality and diversity arena being active members of the Merseyside LDD Forum for learners with learning difference and disabilities. tpm is recognised and celebrated as a best practice exemplar on Dyslexia in the work-based learning sector and high success rates for dyslexic learners.

tpm currently runs “train the trainer” workshops for other providers wishing to deliver the above award from EDI.

Equality and diversity at the core of tpm’s business
